Use photographic decisions
Realism comes from coherent camera and lighting choices. Add a focal length, camera distance, depth of field and one primary light source. Avoid combining contradictory studio, daylight and cinematic cues.
Describe material and environment
Fabric, glass, wood, water and practical lights give the model useful relationships to render. A specific hotel window at blue hour is more actionable than a generic luxury background.
Protect adult clarity
State an explicit adult age such as 28 or 32 and use mature facial and styling cues. Never request minors, age ambiguity or a public figure.
Revise systematically
Keep a strong seed prompt and change pose, setting, light or medium separately. Save the strongest image before moving into editing, video or upscaling.
